Mark as Useful I received a call and message stating they were a financial company looking to collect money on a loan. They stated there was a lawsuit filed against me. I hung up on them. The heavy indian accent called me back and asked why I hung up on them. I told them because I could and I knew they were a fraud. I told them I will report them if they call me again. So I received a call from my girlfriend stating she received a call stating I owe this loan and a lawsuit is filed against me. Requested that I call them ASAP. I received a message stating he called me and that I hung up on him and that it was unacceptable. Requested I take care of this matter or there would be trouble. I have left a message for the secret service and reported it.

Mark as Useful caller said they were from the US customs and borders and have an open non criminal case in the narcotics department. I don't travel and feel this is a fraud. They also used my maiden name.

I think they have stolen my information and are now harraasing me at wokr bringing my boss and HR manager into persnal business that is completely unneccessary. Please help me stop them from harrasing me.
